National World War II Memorial / 02-atlantic Heather Lawver 5/25/2004

The Memorial itself has two halves - one dedicated to the Atlantic, the other to the Pacific. This was the first time I had seen the memorial with the fountains working; I really think it adds to the overall effect of the Memorial.
