Everybody say hello to Greg, the brewer at my favorite restaurant, Sweetwater Tavern. I met him a few days ago when I was sitting at the bar, drinking myself silly on root beer. He was nice enough to invite me back to visit the kitchen and learn all about how he makes the absolute best root beer you could ever possibly taste. Wasn't that nice of him? So, let's get started.
