Washington, DC - The National World War II Memorial Heather Lawver 10/28/2004
I've been to the WWII Memorial several times because I'm quite attached to it after volunteering at its dedication in May. However, I never really had a chance to check out two long walls of reliefs that line the main entrance
to the memorial from 17th Street. These depict various scenes at war and on the homefront. Despite some harsh lighting conditions, I took as many photographs as possible. Here are the few that actually turned out.
